Weirdest World Record (Alex)

by on June 30, 2014

Today, we drove to Vermont. Along the way, we stopped in many places. First off was an Alpine Slide park. This place had an Alpine Slide, and a mountain coaster, the main difference being that the coaster has rails, while the slide is literally a plastic slide.

Selfie of the day*

After we rode the slides, we headed towards Vermont. At about 12:00, we had lunch. The place served chicken quesadillas. We then had Pumpkin Whoopie Pies.

We then went to the “World’s longest candy bar

20140630-214439-78279301.jpg We got some candy there, and we have eaten about half of our bags (Anna’s being 2x as large as mine). We then drove to Hanover, New Hampshire. Hanover is home to Dartmouth College. We also saw the house that Uncle Eric grew up in.

A little further down the road was a church and cemetery.

Note: Sorry, Grandpa Jerry, about the weird dates/times on blog posts. Our blog was on Istanbul time. 🙂

Water slide and a ski chair lift in the same day no less. I see smiles in all the pictures…wait til the heat starts wearing you down. Watch out a big storm is due on the East Coast over July 4th weekend.
