Museums and money (Anna)

by on July 21, 2014

Today, we went to the Bureau of Engraving and printing. We saw how they made money, and it was really cool. Then, we went to the American History Museum. There, we saw a helicopter, and the dresses of the First Ladies. One of my favorite things was Dorothy’s shoes. Then, we ate a really bad lunch at the cafeteria. The meat was weirdly spicy [just more spicy than the kids or I could tolerate], and Mom did not feel very good. After lunch, we went to the Natural History museum. There we saw diamonds, and mammals. We also saw one of the biggest diamonds on earth. Also, we saw some diamond dust from the explosion that caused the solar system and universe. It was really tiring. Later today, we are going to go to the Washington Monument. Bye bye!
